Southeast Regional Conference 2025
The National Association of Engineering Student Councils is excited to announce that the 2025 Southeast Regional Conference will be hosted by the Engineering Student Council at Louisiana Tech University. The conference will take place on Friday, September 19th, through Saturday, September 20th, on the LA Tech campus in Ruston, Louisiana. Check-in will begin on Thursday, September 18th. We look forward to welcoming all of our Southeast Regional schools for a weekend of connection, collaboration, and shared learning.
Registration Fee: $150 + $45 for Airport Transportation

Nope! The host council has reserved hotel rooms on your behalf and your registration costs cover these rooms.

You should fly into Shreveport Regional Airport in Shreveport, Louisiana.
What is the dress code for this conference?
The dress code for this conference is business casual. We strongly encourage you bring some of your university-shirts and gear to rep for your council! We will send out more information about dress code via email.
