West Regional Conference 2026
The National Association of Engineering Student Councils West Regional Conference 2026 will be hosted by the Engineering Student Council at the University of Arizona in Fall 2026 on the University of Arizona campus in Tucson, AZ. We look forward to welcoming all of our West Regional schools for a weekend of connection, collaboration, and shared learning.
Early Registration (Ends September 4th): $150 per person
Late Registration (Ends September 11th): $175 per person

Do we need to book hotel rooms for our council members attending the conference?
Nope! The host council will reserve hotel rooms on your behalf and your registration costs will cover these rooms.
What is the dress code for this conference?
The dress code for this conference is business casual. We strongly encourage you bring some of your university-shirts and gear to rep for your council! We will send out more information about dress code via email.
