The National Association of Engineering Student Councils is excited to announce that the 2025 Midwest and North Atlantic Regional Conference will be hosted by the Engineering Student Council at of University of Nebraska: Lincoln + Omaha. The conference will take place on Friday, November 14th, through Saturday, November 15th, on the NU campus in Lincoln, Nebraska. Check-in will begin on Thursday, November 13th. We look forward to welcoming all of our Midwest and North Atlantic Regional schools for a weekend of connection, collaboration, and shared learning.

Do we need to book hotel rooms for our council members attending the conference?
Nope! The host council has reserved hotel rooms on your behalf and your registration costs cover these rooms.

I am flying to this conference. Which airport should I fly into and what flights times should I take?
Please fly into the Lincoln Airport (LNK) by Thursday night (9/13). We will have an opening ceremony starting at 6PM, so try to arrive before then if possible. The Omaha Airport (OMA) is another option, however you will need to find your own transportation to Lincoln.

What is the dress code for this conference?
The dress code for this conference is business casual. We strongly encourage you bring some of your university-shirts and gear to rep for your council! We will send out more information about dress code via email.
