NAESC has shifted to using Wave Invoices for dues collection in order to provide greater flexibility and ease of use for our member schools.
Invoices for the 2025-2026 dues will be sent to your council’s email on record on August 1, 2025.
Amount Due: $125
Deadline: December 31, 2025
Late Payment: $140 if paid after December 31
A paid dues invoice is required to attend any 2025-2026 NAESC Conferences.
You can view a template invoice here to confirm the correct format and ensure your council received the official email. This can also be used as a reference when submitting payment.
If your council has not received the invoice email, please submit your updated billing information using the form below so we can send the correct invoice.
