What to Expect​

The National Association of Engineering Student Councils combined North Atlantic, Southeast, and Midwest  Regional Conference 2023 will be hosted by the Engineers' Council at North Carolina State University! This conference will take place on Friday, October 20th through Saturday, October 21st at North Carolina State University's Raleigh campus. Check-in will be on Thursday, October 19th. We cannot wait to see all our North Atlantic, Southeast, and Midwest Regional Schools join to share experiences and learn together.

Registration​

Registration for the North Atlantic Combined Conference 2023 can be accessed through the link at the top of this page! The registration fees can be paid through the second link at the top of this page. Please complete the registration form individually but the payments can be done on an individual basis or you can pay for all your council's attendees at once through the link provided. These fees cover conference costs including facilities, housing, transportation, food and more.

Registration Fees: $185 per attendee

Registration Opens: Tuesday, August 29th, 2023

Registration Closes: Sunday, September 17th, 2023

Note: If we reach 90 registrations before the close date, it will close early.

FAQs

Do we need to book hotel rooms for our council members attending the conference?

Nope! The host council has reserved hotel rooms on your behalf and your registration costs cover these rooms. 

I am flying to this conference. Which airport should I fly into and what flights times should I take?

Please fly into Raleigh-Durham International Airport. There will be 3 shuttles that will be provided by the host school to bring you from the airport to the university. If you are not able to make these shuttles you are more than welcome to buy yourself an Uber to campus. The shuttle times are listed below, please allow 30 minutes from when your plane lands until the shuttle leaves.

  • Shuttle 1: 10:30 am

  • Shuttle 2: 2:30 pm

  • Shuttle 3: 6:00 pm

What is the dress code for this conference?

The dress code for this conference is business casual. We strongly encourage you bring some of your university-shirts and gear to rep for your council! We will send out more information about dress code via email.
