Midwest Regional Conference 2026
The National Association of Engineering Student Councils Midwest Regional Conference 2026 will be hosted by the Engineering Student Council at the University of Cincinnati in Fall 2026 on the University of Cincinnati campus in Cincinnati, OH. We look forward to welcoming all of our Midwest Regional schools for a weekend of connection, collaboration, and shared learning.

FAQs
Do we need to book hotel rooms for our council members attending the conference?
Nope! The host council will reserve hotel rooms on your behalf, and your registration costs will cover these rooms. You will be staying at the Fairfield Mariott (2500 S Market St, Cincinnati, OH 45219) which is on the street with UC's most diverse food and social scene.
What meals will be covered?
There will be a continental breakfast at the hotel every morning and the only meal that will NOT be provided is Saturday lunch.
What is the dress code for this conference?
The dress code for this conference is business casual. We strongly encourage you bring some of your university-shirts and gear to rep for your council! We will send out more information about dress code via email.
