About the Role
Applications for the 2024-2025 NAESC Executive Board are due by Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST. If you submit your application after this due date it is not guaranteed that all members will receive your application information. The Vice President of Conferences shall have the following responsibilities:
a. To work with Conference Coordinators to ensure that conference planning and execution processes are documented through retained planning documents, photos, videos, reports, receipts and a formal conference write-up.
b. To coordinate at least one conference review with the Board of Directors for each conference.
c. To chair the Conferences Committee and supervise all Conference Coordinators.
