The Regional Vice President shall have the following powers and responsibilities:

a. To coordinate the responsibilities, duties and activities of the RLT alongside the Vice Presidents
b. To understand the operations of each regional team, maintain RLT engagement, and ensure RLT are well-supported by Vice Presidents, otherwise reporting the lack of adequate direction to the EVP
c. To track RLT progress and maintain the Regional Action Plan
d. To understand RLT challenges and work towards specific solutions
e. To serve as a liaison for the Regional Leadership Team by assisting with talent acquisition.
